Harpool Morgan Haney, LLC (HMH) was formed as a joint venture between Jim Harpool, Tom Morgan and Jeff Haney in April of 2007. Each principal brings over 25-years of experience in the areas of development, brokerage, finance and property management. HMH manages a large portfolio of properties that spans throughout the entire Midwest, allowing HMH to fit all of our client’s needs.
HMH is involved in all stages of zoning, planning, development and construction of retail, office, residential, hotel and mixed-use developments in the Midwest. In addition, HMH provides development-consulting services to land owners and organizations who seek to self develop.
