Jim Harpool
Principal, President
Jim has over 30-years experience in architecture, development, project management and tenant representation.
His current responsibilities include: project coordination, equity structure, due diligence, governmental relations,
and much more. He continues to serve as an instrumental role in bringing multiple new projects and tenants into the
Kansas City metropolitan area.
Tom Morgan
Principal
Tom has been an officer and co-owner of MD Management, Inc. since 1979. MD has been developing and managing retail
shopping centers (malls and strip centers) since the 1960’s. MD currently has over eight million square feet of commercial
space in eight states. Tom also has responsibility for the development of over 1,000 acres of land in the northern quadrant
of the metro area, jointly owned by the Morgan-Dreiseszun family.
Jeff Haney
Principal, Director of Marketing
Jeff brings over 25-years experience in the development, tenant representation, landlord representation and project management fields.
Jeff oversees the leasing, sales and brokerage responsibilities for the entire HMH portfolio. He is also involved in the market research,
day-to-day acquisitions, development and planning of all projects along with communication with tenants, brokers, partners and city
officials. With Jeff’s experience and knowledge of the industry, his ability to serve clients is second to none.
